1. When will my order ship?
This is a preorder item. Production will take approximately 15 days and shipping 2 weeks from our supplier. Once completed, your order will be shipped immediately and you’ll receive tracking info.
2. How long is shipping?
Italy / Europe: 2–5 business days.
International: 5–10 business days
3. How does it fit?
The thermal has a more cropped/boxy fit. We recommend taking your normal size for a cropped/boxy fit and size up for a more regular one. There's going to be a size chart provided in the website to guide you.
4. Can I return or refund?
All sales are final; we do not issue refunds. We are not responsible for lost packages; please check that all shipping information is accurate before placing an order.
